The Museum Valentine Luncheon, held annually, serves as a fundraiser featuring door prizes, trunk show vendors, wine, and a catered lunch. The proceeds from this popular event go directly into sustaining museum operations crucial for creating Museum programming.

2025 Silent HeartArt Auction 

Open to the public 10 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday, January 28^th  - Thursday, February 7^th 

How to Participate:

• Be part of the auction action! Come to the Museum’s Boardroom to place your bid on your favorite HeartArt during operating hours from Tuesday, January 28th - Thursday, February 7^th.
• Attendees to the Valentine Luncheon receive the final bid. 
• Share the event with friends and family. The more, the merrier!

Auction Details:. 

• Starting big is $20 with a minimum increase of $10. All bids must be made in person.
• In connection with making bids, bidders agree that the registered bidder with the highest bid at the close of the auction will be obligated to purchase the HeartArt. By bidding on any HeartArt, you agree to purchase the art work at the price you have Bid. All sales are final and winners cannot cancel. No exceptions will be made. 
• All HeartArts must be paid for and picked up from the Wichita Falls Museum of Art by the winning bidder within thirty (30) calendar days of the conclusion of the auction at the winning bidder's own expense. We accept cash, credit and checks. Thank you!
